Over the years I have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases, insurance coverage cases, subrogation cases and commercial law cases. I have tried over 140 civil jury trials to verdict. I have arbitrated uninsured and underinsured motorist claims for the American Arbitration Association for over 20 years. I have arbitrated many private uninsured and underinsured claims on 3 person panels. I am an arbitrator for the Cook County Commercial Law Division program. I have represented parties in hundreds of mediations and arbitrations.
