About Mr. Tobin Richter
I enjoy meeting with and helping parties resolve their disputes. Over forty-five years experience in litigation teaches that a more efficient solution via mediation not only saves time and money, but saves unquantifiable amounts of anxiety, stress and anger. I work to bring into focus the issues and obstacles and aid the creative process to assist the parties to define and evaluate the options to resolve the matter. Finally I assist the creation of a written agreement which covers all parts of the resolution and avoids ambiguity.Information
