About Susan Frischer
I'm a listener. I believe a mediator's job is to help opposing sides of a matter hear each other. The only way to do that is not only to listen but listen well. That is the first step to facilitate a productive session. I'm an attorney. I represent clients in commercial and real estate litigation, real estate transactions, and business matters. I have also practiced criminal, family, personal injury, and immigration law. I'm a business woman. I owned/operated retail and real estate businesses. I have a unique perspective having engaged with people from diverse backgrounds. Understanding various perspectives enables me to build bridges that establish meaningful connections and increase mediation success. I'm a mediator. My goal is to find a resolution quickly in a way all parties feel heard and respected. I work hard to understand positions and goals, get everyone to “yes”, and help draft an agreement that covers the resolution and avoids ambiguity. I hope to work with you.Information
