I have tried jury and non-jury cases and the related appeals for plaintiffs and defendants since 1973 in state and federal courts. I have represented clients in fraud, copyright, will contests, admiralty, construction, animal law, real estate, zoning, employment and contract disputes. I believe that my understanding of the business issues, the client concerns, the costs of litigation, and the likely court result make me a well-qualified mediator.
