About Rachel Moore

I understand the human emotion behind legal and financial disputes. Mediation allows for creative resolutions and the ability for both sides to walk away satisfied. Serving as a facilitative mediator, the first thing I do is an intake appointment with each side to really listen and understand the clients' goals and concerns. I craft the mediation process around the individuals involved, the issues presented, and the stated goals. As an attorney, I have worked in civil litigation and family law for twenty years. My mediation experience focuses on the fields of family business disputes, partnership dissolution or formation, divorce and other family law matters, and elder and estate law.
