About Rachael Toft

I am an experienced trial attorney with more than 15 years in private practice focusing on family law, divorce, child custody, and paternity. Family law can be emotionally and financially draining. I founded my law firm in 2007 to help clients navigate these difficult decisions. I strive to help families reach agreements and control their own process. I am a member of AFCC (Association of Family and Conciliation Courts) and ACR (Association for Conflict Resolution). I volunteer to assist self-represented litigants access legal services. I will work with you to be heard, respected, and empowered to reach an agreement.
