About Mr. Peter Ordower

I have practiced law since 1980, concentrating in commercial litigation in state and federal courts, appellate courts, administrative agencies and regulatory bodies. Many of my cases have involved contract disputes and fraud claims, along with investment disputes, partnership disputes, fiduciary claims, negligence cases, insurance claims, unfair competition, housing and civil rights. In addition to monetary disputes, lawsuits are an outgrowth of issues like feeling cheated, injured, abused or disrespected. I want to help resolve those issues in a way which is acceptable to all parties and cheaper, easier and quicker than court.
