About Louise Gross
As an attorney for a federal government agency, I have been actively involved in conflict resolution for more than forty years. For the past 10 of those years, I have facilitated numerous cases as a certified mediator, both for the federal government and in my private practice. Based on my experience in these two roles, I have acquired a deep understanding of the nature of conflict and the importance of empowering parties to reach mutually agreeable resolutions. I am now using these skills in the private sector to mediate disputes for businesses, partnerships and non-profit organizations. I believe strongly in the power of empathy, both to help me understand the parties’ perspectives and to help them establish meaningful connections that increase the likelihood of mediation success.Information
