About Judith Sherwin

I have been a lawyer for forty plus years during which I have litigated complex business and health care matters in the state and Federal Courts. I have also worked as an arbitrator in similar cases since 2010. I have a variety of experience both as an advocate and an arbitrator/mediator in resolving disputes in complex cases. I have good sense of the pressure points and junctures in a case which need to be addressed in order to bring about a settlement. I think I can use those skills well to help mediate between parties in a variety of matters.
