About Mr. Joseph Spingola

I’ve spent a very challenging and rewarding fifty years practicing law. In that time, I’ve tried and participated in thousands of cases in various areas of law both in court houses and in administrative agencies. As I was taught in school, the law is ever changing, and so too, is the practice of law. Today, those words of preparation manifest themselves in the development of mediation as an alternative to litigation. I have now adapted to that trend by retiring from the active practice of law, and applying my many years of experience to being a mediator. I’m now available to be a peacemaker for those who look to mediation as a more practical way of resolving conflict than pursuing seemingly endless litigation.
