My experience as a lawyer and as an Administrative Hearing Officer have taught me the importance of listening to the wants and needs of parties and that finding a way to resolve a dispute is often a far better path than litigating. My ability to relate to litigants and their lawyers allows me to explore the true wants and needs of the parties involved and craft creative, satisfactory resolutions.
