I began practicing in 1973 with Winston & Strawn as an associate and then partner. In 1981, I became a founding partner of Butler Rubin Saltarelli & Boyd LLP. I have had jury and bench trials in breach of contract and fraud actions, business torts, trade secret and restrictive covenants, insurance coverage disputes, antitrust, products liability, professional liability, dealer/franchise litigation, and real estate disputes. I became a full-time neutral on January 1, 2018. I have served as a mediator for over ten years. My experience includes cases dealing with commercial liability and title insurance, insurance brokers, healthcare, long term supply agreements, asset purchase and merger agreements, executive employment contracts, tax shelters, accountants' liability, distribution and franchise agreements, product performance issues, and antitrust claims.
