I have extensive experience in a wide variety of civil litigation. I have handled many cases in the law division and chancery division of the Circuit Court of Cook County. I have tried numerous cases to jury verdict and have handled numerous cases on appeal. I authored the book Employment Evidence in 2003 and 15 subsequent annual supplements. I have been rated as an AV preeminent lawyer by Martindale Hubbel and rated as an Illinois Super Lawyer from 2005 - 2020. I have been recognized as a distinguished alumni from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. I am a neutral with the American Arbitration Association.
