About Edward Casmere

Edward Casmere has been negotiating, litigating, and trying cases in complex commercial litigation, product liability, mass/toxic tort, and environmental litigation for approximately 20 years across the United States. He has settled of thousands of cases (mostly defendants, but some plaintiffs), and participated in court-run settlement conferences as well as mediations and arbitrations in venues all over the country. Prior to, and while attending night law school, Ed worked in sales and has a business background. On top of the decades of experience settling legal cases and negotiating deals in the private sector, he has been trained in negotiation by current and former FBI hostage/crisis negotiators, leading negotiating trainers, professors – including completing the Master Class at the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation. Ed has developed and implemented a negotiation training course for corporate clients (including international) and their legal departments and business units.
