My 47 years of practice has involved representation of banks in secured transactions and litigation, real estate transactions from residential to construction to commercial leasing to office and industrial purchase and sales and for the past 35 years, appellate work in both the federal and state courts and for the past 35 years, almost exclusively bankruptcy and bankruptcy related matters as trustee, debtor's attorney, creditor's attorney and expert consultant and witness. As a result of this considerable experience, as well as participation in successful mediations as a party and as an attorney, I now would like to "give back" by mediating disputes for the benefit of others.
