About Ashanti Madlock Henderson

Ashanti Madlock Henderson is the principal of Evanston Mediation Center and Madlock Henderson LLC. She is an experienced litigator and certified mediator who practices in Cook and the surrounding counties. Ashanti is an approved mediator for the Cook County Domestic Relations Division. As a successful mediator, Ashanti is objective, independent and listens to the parties. It is the parties and not the mediator who control the outcome. She works to create opportunities for the parties to look at various options for them to reach a resolution. Ashanti applies an individualized approach to mediation. Each session is tailored to meet the needs for that set of clients and that dispute. Ashanti is a graduate of The George Washington University Law School and Northwestern University. She is trained to facilitate Solidarity Circles for youth justice, social justice and race relations issues.
